Welcome to James Island Elementary School!
The County Council will have a final vote for the library location at the Baxter Patrick location on June 16th on the 2nd floor of the Lonnie Hamilton Building, 4045 Bridgeview Drive in North Charleston. The Finance Committee previously voted to build at the site and this is final approval. This library would be a wonderful resource for JIES. If you would like to come out and show your support, please plan to come to the council meeting. Check the Council website for exact meeting start time or to check the agenda once published.
